The uses of clay

Orally

To cleanse the body and strengthen it against possible weaknesses, nothing is better like a 3-week treatment of clayey water in spring or whenever you feel the need: drink a glass of wine on an empty stomach every morning. You just need to use clay water that you will have prepared the night before. To do this, fill glass three-quarters of the water and pour a teaspoon of powdered green clay. Let sit overnight and drink in the morning. For the first few days, it may be difficult to drink the entire clay and water mixture. Then try to get used to it for a week: the first days drink only water, without stirring the clay, then the following days, mix the clay with the water and gradually drink the mixture.

This treatment allows eliminating toxins from the body and is especially recommended to the change of season. You can also drink clay water in case of diarrhoea: then drink 2 to 3 glasses per day until your transit is back to normal.
